The Shepparton Arts Festival is implementing a new structure to strengthen resources for planning and delivery of the Festival, making the Festival more sustainable for the future.
The new structure is an exciting opportunity to make the Festival more sustainable, with clear role accountabilities and an opportunity for people with diverse talents to support the planning and delivery of the program into the future.
There are three new roles that have been established to drive the Festival forward:
- Managing Director– responsible for day-to-day operations, volunteer and stakeholder engagement, budgets, marketing and fundraising
- Administration Coordinator – supporting engagement, marketing, volunteers, artists and logistics
- Artistic Director – planning and delivery of program
