Partnerships Coordinator

Do you love building connections and advancing the arts? The Partnerships Coordinator role is your chance to shine! You’ll be at the heart of the action, developing and nurturing relationships with sponsors, donors, and community partners to power the Shepparton Festival. In this dynamic role, you’ll engage in strategic planning and use your exceptional communication and organisational skills to drive successful partnership outcomes. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our festival thrives, making an impact that resonates throughout the community.

Finance & Administration Assistant

Do you have a knack for organisation and love the arts? The Shepparton Festival is looking for a dynamic Finance and Administration Assistant to join us from August 2024 to August 2025! With a flexible schedule of roughly 1 day per week (sometimes more, sometimes less), you’ll support our festival’s heartbeat—managing finances, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. If you’re proficient in Microsoft and Xero, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love collaborating with artists and community partners, we want you! Volunteer with the Shepparton Festival

Volunteering is a fantastic opportunity to support our not-for-profit, community arts organisation and be part of the friendly Shepparton Festival team. At the same time you might gain new skills and make friends, all while enjoying an array of wonderful events for free. The Shepparton Festival has been supported by many volunteers over the years and we love being able to support them too.
