Peta Manning is a cartoonist from Shepparton, Victoria. She grew up in a family who appreciates art.
Peta was always creating as a child, drawing cartoons and making things. Later studying Film and TV at RMIT, in Melbourne. While working in TV, life threw her a curveball – struck ill with ME/CFS, she had to leave her job and come home to her family. Even though she couldn’t make films anymore, she always kept creating. Peta has gone back to her passion of cartooning. “A single gag cartoon is like a frame of a film; it tells a story in one image.” Peta loves coming up with ideas that make people laugh, smile and think. She currently shares her cartoons on all social media platforms.
