Nikki is a lover of all things arts and culture who is passionate about increasing access for more people to engage with arts and culture as creators, audiences and participants. She has diverse professional experience working across the performing and visual arts sectors both locally and internationally. Much of Nikki’s career has focussed on artist and sector development, and fostering strong connections between communities, artists and venues. Nikki also enjoys mentoring emerging and mid-career artists and recently participated in the DESIAP (Designing Innovation in the Asia Pacific) Creative Women’s Mentoring Program as a Mentor to emerging creatives across the Asia Pacific region. Working from her home in beautiful Yarrawonga, Nikki also works for Regional Arts Victoria, managing sector development and regional touring programs.
