2025 EOI Selection Process

About the EOI Selection Process

Shepparton Festival has a selection process that takes into account a few factors in the selection of EOIs to be included in our Regional Art Fair 2025.

What we’ll Consider When Selecting EOIs for the Regional Art Fair:

Quality of Work
Is the artwork well-made and creative?
Does it show a clear style or voice?

Local Connection
Is the artist from our region, or does their work reflect local stories or culture

Diversity

Are we including a mix of artists – different backgrounds, cultures, ages, and abilities?
Is there a good range of art forms (paintings, textiles, sculpture, digital, etc.)?

Audience Appeal

Will the work connect with our audience?
Is the work suitable for selling?

* we realise that not all factors can be covered in a single stall. We will select stalls that cover at least two of these factors well.

The decision is final. Notification of the status of applications are made via email on Wednesday 16th July, and no information will be available before the selection process is complete.
