Shepparton Festival is committed to being a Child Safe Organisation and thanks you for contributing to that by filling out the following questionnaire and returning before working with the Shepparton Festival.

Please remember that you will need to sign in with the events coordinator at the beginning of each shift. This will identify who event staff are and who to report any incidents to.

Shepparton Festival Volunteers follow Child Safe Policies. Policies have been provided to you in an email and to as a link to download from our website.

Volunteers must not take photographs of children without their parents and the child's consent. Shepparton Festival has professional photographers contracted to take photos, so volunteers do not need to document the program for us.

Volunteers ensure they are never working one-on-one with a child. Shepparton Festival events do not require you to work one-on-one with children.

Volunteers are not to be affected by drugs or alcohol while completing a shift for the Shepparton Festival. Any volunteer affected by drugs or alchohol while on a shift, will be removed.

Shepparton Festival undergoes a screening process for all representitives including Volunteers and reference checks will take place as required. Shepparton Festival will request referees if required.

    QUESTIONNAIRE
